Johanna Ulloa Girón

Johanna Ulloa Girón is the Manager of the Outreach Department at Poudre River Public Library. She is a native of Bogotá-Colombia, where she practiced research as a Child and Family therapist. She moved to the United States eleven years ago and earned a Masters in Social Work at Colorado State University. She uses data driven decision making at the library where she has been working over the past three years. She has a passion for data and program evaluation.
