Breakout: I attended RIPL…now what?
After Carol, Johanna and Tova attended RIPL 2015, they knew that creating an evaluation team was the thing to do to help the Poudre River Public Library District use data to make decisions and help tell their story. PRPLD had adopted a strategic plan that includes the directive to use data and evaluation. The team was established to spread the word about evaluation and assist staff in their evaluation projects.
