Rebecca, on the questions on page one do you want ME as the stakeholder? or to envision I am in the shoes of one of my stakeholders? Just trying to wrap my brain around that. I might need more coffee. It’s challenging.

      Hi Tracy!

      I’m sorry – I posted a response, and now I don’t see it. I guess I didn’t hit the Post Comment. Sigh…..sorry!

Ok, yes – on page 2 (I’m just saying that because that’s what it says at the bottom of the page — not to be a “corrector!”), YOU are the stakeholder. Please keep in mind that, as a staff member, you are a stakeholder. So answer as a staff member. See how that goes for you, and we’ll talk on the 15th. If you want to talk earlier, here’s my email: [email protected]

I may have missed this in the recorded session, but which activity are we supposed to complete before the session. Only page 2 of the worksheet? Or are we supposed to work o the other pages as well?

      Hi Sandy!

Again, I’m sorry to be slow in seeing your question. 🙁

Yes, please answer the questions on page 2. YOU are the stakeholder. If you find this difficult to consider, remember that as a staff member you are a stakeholder of the organization. What do you want to accomplish as a stakeholder of the organization? You probably want a good, solid job that you enjoy. etc.

I also want you to consider the questions on pages 3, 4, 5. There’s a lot there – so if you can consider the questions and identify those that are most difficult for you to answer, then we can discuss on Dec 15. By all means – send me an email for more details!

    Hi Tracy!

Sorry to be slow out of the gate on seeing your question! The first exercise, on page 2 of the worksheets (I’m just saying page 2 because that’s printed at the bottom of the page – so we are “on the same page” ) is for you to complete as the stakeholder. So, yes – YOU are the stakeholder. You are a staff member, for instance, so answer the questions from that standpoint.

Hello to everyone participating in this breakout session! I’m honoured to be working with you and will do my best for you to leave the session with your desired outcomes.

As instructors we were asked to provide you with a 60 minute preparatory video and exercise that you would complete before the “live” session on December 15th. I do hope you have a chance to watch the video (36 minutes) and then to complete – in as much as you can – the worksheets on pages 2 – 5 of the worksheet handout. That should take the 60 minutes. We’ll discuss all of this on the 15th. See you then!
