The registration fee for this event is $75 and includes breakfast and lunch both days. Registration will open to Virginia residents on February 4, 2019 at 8:00 AM Eastern, and registration procedures will be shared with public library directors. Registration will open to the general public on February 19, 2019 at 8:00 AM Eastern and the online registration form will be linked from this webpage.
