Biography
Elizabeth Kelsen Huber has written and spoken on the topic of community engagement locally and nationally. As Assistant Director of the Colorado Library Consortium (CLiC) she provides leadership to all library types across Colorado through CLiC’s services, resources and library-related technologies. Prior to CLiC, Elizabeth spent seven years at Douglas County Libraries in several roles including district program planning/evaluation, public service, and management.
