Kimberly Silk is Principal of Brightsail Research, an advisory firm that helps libraries use evaluation and data to inform strategic planning, support advocacy and demonstrate impact. Over the last ten years she has authored multiple works about using evaluation to show economic and social value. She teaches program evaluation to iSchool students at the University of Toronto and the University of Texas at Austin. She earned her MLS at the University of Toronto and a Graduate Certificate in Evaluation from the University of Victoria. She lives with her family in Toronto, Canada.
