Karen Drill

Karen Drill leads the Drill Consulting Group LLC in Portland, Oregon, where she specializes in mixed methods applied research and evaluation. She was introduced to RIPL as the program evaluator for RIPL 2020 and is excited to join the community as an instructor in 2023! Her work spans multiple disciplines including education and behavioral health, and she works with many nonprofit organizations on their logic models, community needs assessments, and outcome evaluations.
