Joseph LaLonde

Joseph Lalonde is the Manager of Data & Analytics at the Toronto Public Library (TPL). In his role, he provides a leadership role in corporate transformation to become a more data-informed organization. Key projects at his organization include modernizing TPL’s approach to open data, developing a cloud-based platform to understand the customer journey through analysis and various data governance initiatives. He has long experience in the not-for-profit sector, including a role as senior data manager at MaRS Discovery District, also based in Toronto. He has a Master’s of Business Administration from York University.
