- Lead with kindness: Show consideration and respect for everyone.
- Behave appropriately: Behaviors including harassment or intimidation based on race, religion, language, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, appearance, or other group status; sexual harassment or intimidation, including unwelcome sexual attention, stalking (physical or virtual), or unsolicited physical contact; and yelling at or threatening others (verbally or physically) are prohibited.
- Respect the privacy of everyone associated with the event: Matters of a sensitive nature that are discussed during the event should not be mentioned outside of the event.
- Recognize and celebrate diverse perspectives: Be open and inclusive in discussions, and be aware of how language, images, and actions may be perceived by others.
