Lindsay Hanson

Lindsay Hanson is a Library Manager at Sno-Isle libraries where she is responsible for managing staff, operations and collaborating with community partners. For the past decade Lindsay has had the honor of holding a variety of positions at Sno-Isle including spending four years as the Data Analysis Librarian. While engaged in this role, she was responsible for managing data, evaluating services and producing data visualizations and analyses to inform decisions. Lindsay believes that a culture of evidenced-based decision making is the key to improving the efficacy of organizations and increasing libraries’ potential for community impact.
