This session will introduce a systematic framework for identifying, collecting, and reporting data to meet your organization’s evaluation, planning, and communication needs. After learning about the building blocks of a good evaluation plan, real-world examples and strategies will be shared by public librarians, including techniques for implementing an evaluation plan and getting staff buy-in. Putting theory into practice, participants will outline an evaluation plan.
