We will begin with a happy hour (cash bar) and tours of the library, and dinner will begin around 6:30.

Dinner will include:

• Garden Salad
• Chicken Lucia (chicken breast sautéed with spinach, mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in a marsala wine cream sauce)
• Mediterranean Pasta (gluten free penne tossed with artichokes, Kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, feta cheese, and spinach in a white wine garlic sauce)
• Roasted Red Potatoes
• Grilled Vegetables
• Maple Bourbon Bread Pudding with an Irish Cream glaze and mixed berry parfait with fresh whipped cream.
