Hotel Accommodations:

We have a small block of rooms available at the SpringHill Suites Devens Common Center, which is across the parking lot from the conference center and accessible via skywalk. Participants are on their own for housing costs. To reserve your room, please use this link before August 25, 2023.

Free parking is available and plentiful!

Public Transportation:

Devens Common Center is located two miles from the Ayer Station on the Fitchburg Line of the MBTA Commuter Rail. Members choosing to use this option will need to arrange a taxi or rideshare to get from Ayer Station to the conference center.

How

The event is available to Massachusetts Library System members at no cost. To participate, please submit an application form by Tuesday, August 1, 2023. Each library should submit one application. Up to two people from each MLS library system can attend, and you will be informed whether your application has been approved by Monday, August 14, 2023.
