Breakout: Setting a Course for your Library: Data Analysis Strategies

In this session, you will learn simple processes for data analysis including how to analyze qualitative data (answers to open-ended questions or anecdotal comments), run trend lines with data from your Public Library Survey (also known as the Public Library Annual Report or State Report, depending on your state), and benchmarking (selecting library peers for comparison purposes).
