The\u00a0Breakout Session Materials<\/a> page is generated automatically<\/strong> using a modified version of the theme’s “Session<\/strong>” “Content\/Post Type Item<\/strong>” in the page builder section.<\/p>\n To appear on the Breakout Session Materials page, a Session<\/a> must have the “2020 Breakout<\/strong>” category. To generate the big green “PRE-EVENT RECORDED LESSION<\/strong>” button,\u00a0 the session must have a Custom Field<\/strong> with the Name “link-to-breakout-files<\/strong>” and a value that is a…wait for it…link the breakout session’s lesson page.<\/p>\n Each breakout session has its own “materials\/lessons” page<\/a>. NOTE: these pages are content type “Page<\/strong>” and are separate from the content type “Sessions<\/strong>” that we also create for each session. Creating and editing these pages is not much different than editing an event homepage.<\/p>\n You edit these sections as you normally would by clicking the “gear”<\/strong> icon on the right of each content item.<\/p>\n Videos are added by using iframe HTML code to embed a YouTube video.
